Check your owner's manual for all fuse locations. Check all fuses with a DMM. Alot of times one fuse will control multiple functions and sometimes just replacing one will solve many problems. Good luck.1990 lincoln continental, seats, windows, -- posted image.

In a car that old all those circuits use breakers, not fuses. I do not have a diagram for that vehicle but older cars like that are typically very simple. A DMM is all you need to troubleshoot anything.

Now I don't know how many breakers there are or where they are but since all of those circuits are out you want to look for a "fusable" link. If you look by the solinoid which you can easily find on the fender, the main batt+ goes to one side, the other to the starter, and one or 2 thinner wires from the key switch. Coming off tthe battery wire you will see these other smaller wires with small rubber looking things on them. Take a meter and check that 12v+ is on the wire after the link. If not, go to an autoparts store and splice/solder on a new one.

Now if the link blows again one of those systems is dead shorted. You will need check each one individually and leave that shorted one disconnected for the other things to work. repair/replace the shorted component and all should be well.

Should do the trick, keep me posted.
