I have put in r/s, but never a alarm r/s combo. On the relay satellite box, it has 4 wires that im not sure where they go, blue (-)status output <-- goes to the bypass, the other three im not sure of, orange (-)200mA 2nd accessory output, purple (-) 200mA starter output, and pink (-) 200mA 3rd ignition, im pretty sure i don't use the orange or pink, but what about the starter output? The reason i ask, is everything else is hooked up, when i hit r/s it just clicks, starter never turns over.

Those wires are extra outputs to control relays, but only if needed. For example, if a vehicle had 3 accessories and 2 ignitions, your remote start only provides 2 ignitions and one accessory output positive. You would use those outputs to control relays for any additional required vehicle circuits.
What make/model/year is the vehicle? Make sure that you have not reversed the starter kill circuit. I find this is the biggest mistake most people make. Pay attention to which wire is meant to go to the key side and which is to go to the starter side.

I triple checked that, to make sure i went to the right wire. The vehicle is a 2006 Dodge Ram, so it requires two relays.

Also, on the second start resisotr, pin 85, the purple negative start wire, is this the wire coming from the r/s unit? I thought that wire went to the starter wire in the vehicle.

So just hook it up directly to the starter wire in the vehicle?

I have never done a security system, so i am unsure of this, the BLACK/ white domelight output goes to dome supervision yellow/lt.blue on the truck right? Which when the door is opened and the alarm still set will trip the alarm correct?

You should have a starter out(purple) and a starter in(green) on the satolite relay. You need to cut the starter wire and hook the green to key side, purple to starter side.

If you want dome light supervision, you will need to wire a relay. DO NOT hook the BLACK/ white to the yellow/blue in the truck or you will damage something. The alarms DLS wire is a ma negative output and the DLS wire in the truck is a high current positive...
