I just finished installing the 2w900fmr with security and remote start.  the alarm is working fine, the arm button locks the car, the turbo timer works and can manage to put it in reservation mode.  other than that everything seems to be working normal.  the problem lies when I try to remote start it.  the ignition turns on putting power to the accessory, radio, etc. but won't crank start the engine.  tried a few times but still the same thing.  error shows "key on" before I installed the starter kill switch and trigger, I made sure which one goes to the engine, which one goes to the ignition.  what's the problem?  I have placed diodes on both the clutch switch bypass relay with the striped end towards the status out from the alarm and the other diode to the transponder bypass kit with the striped end towards the alarm unit and both unstriped ends towards the clutch bypass relay and the bypass kit both with 12V power constant.  what is the problem.  are the the diodes reversed polarity or is it still the reversed starter trigger wire?

You need to post your vehicle info as well.

Have you tried starting the car while your inside and pushing the clutch. Cause that could be a cause. The problem could also lie in the brain of the unit i've seen this happen a few times did you buy it off ebay or from an authorized retailer. Because that should be covered under warranty if it's brain related

it is for a 2006 evolution IX MR 6 speed manula transmission.  I bought it from an authorized retailer but installed it myself.  I know it is not the alarm unit because everything seems to working fine.  I'll try to reverse the blocking diode and see if it works.  if not then I'll check again my starter connections as it can be the cause if the starter connections of the cut wire is reversed.  I just wanted to see for any quick input frm this scenario.

Chances are it could still be the brain even if everything works fine, i've seen this happen before.

Try remote starting it with a key in the ignition, and then try remote starting it with the clutch pushed in. If it will start after doing one of those, then you have found your problem and know what you need to fix.
It sounds like you have the diodes facing the correct way.

Have you looked at turning the diesel mode off. The manual brains seem to always come with dielsel turned on.

Make sure you are BYPASSING THE CLUTCH

and if so make sure it is the RIGHT wire.

Ive done it many times, where i think its the right wire but it is not, or it maybe the clutch wire is a ground at rest and postive trip on crank. Test all connections to the clutch sensor and even test the wires durring cranking.

Another easy way to tell if its clutch, is to sit in side the car while in reservation mode, and step on the clutch as your remote start.

Ciao

how do you turn diesel mode off?  as for the remote starting with the clutch depressed inside the car, I have tried that already.  btw, I powered pin#3 of connector#1 which it says in the install manual that it powers the unit and is connected to the pre-wired relay(which I am not using) found on the main ignition harness.  the instruction says that this wire has to be connected to a constant power for the unit to function properly-is that correct?  the alarm install say that there is no way to turn diesel on/off, it is automatic, depends if it sense (-) or (+) signal.

diesel mode only is only used when starting the vehicle not shutting down, unless you have a turboed vehicle, infact even with diesel mode on you can still start a non diesel vehicle. The starter is just delayed X number of seconds.

Did you probe all your wires, and test the wires while cranking?

Did you test the starter output wire as it trys to crank? make sure it has an out put.  Are all your dash indicator lights comming on?
