Ive had 10 customers come back cause the keypad loses sync with the RS i have to reprogram it then works fine . This has happened more thanid like it to. Any one else had any probs?

I've installed probably 15 within the past month, and not a single problem yet with that. Maybe the batteries had been sitting for a bit and are a little weak? Maybe try programming them once you get the r/s initially installed.
