i have a 1996 chrysler lhs and i would like to install my ScyTek galaxy 5000rs-2w plus 2 way paging alarm/remote start. i don't know how to install it because of the factory alarm on the car. do i have to use the car's door unlock wire as a factory alarm disarm ?

i also don't know what to do about the ignition 3 (air bag) light wire

any help would be greatly appreciated

Your lock wires (with proper resitors installed) will control the factroy security system.

2 ign. NOT 3.

1 dk.blue 2 RED / wht.

Stay away from the yellow harnesses, or the harnesses wrapped in yellow tubing.

so i don't have to connect the air bag light one, i was confused because of the guide on here lists it

Constant 12V+ Pink/Black Ignition Switch Harness

Starter Yellow/Gold Ignition Switch Harness

Ignition Dark Blue Ignition Switch Harness

Ignition 2 RED / White 12GA Ignition Switch Harness

Ignition 3 RED / White 18GA Ignition Switch Harness (Air Bag Light)

Accessory BLACK/ Orange Ignition Switch Harness (Heat/AC)

Tach Red WHITE/ Black (PCM Passenger's Wheel Well 2 Cylinder Setting)

Neutral Safety Wire BLACK/ Light Green Switch on Driver's Side or Transaxle

Brake Switch White or WHITE/ Tan Brake Switch

Trunk Release BLACK/ White (+) Switch in Glove Compartment

Trunk Pin BROWN / Black (-) Driver's Kick Panel

Parking Lights BLACK / YELLOW Driver's Kick Panel

Head Lamp Green Light Switch

Hood Pin n/a

Factory Disarm Light GREEN/ Orange (-) High Driver's Kick Panel

Door Trigger Yellow (-) Driver's Kick Panel White 20 Pin Connector

Door Lock ORANGE / White Behind Fuse Panel at Door Lock Relays

oh and how would i do the door lock wiring, i just ordered 4 relays, a dual relay pre-wired block and two prewired relay blocks from parts express today
