Does the factory disarm wire need to be used when adding an alarm/rs? Would it work from the double unlock pulse? Also, if it is needed, can it be caught in the passenger door with the lock wires? If anyone has a good wiring diagram I'd appreciate that also.

Yes you need the disarm wire. Unit must set for dbl pulse for all door to unlock.

lk/unlk/disarm wires can be found in pass door.
