96 dodge ram key on wire

i cannot find any wires that are only positive when the keys are on run, and not while the engine is running from remote start.

Are you saying that the remote start energizes all of the wires (minus the starter wire) in the ignition harness during remote start? This is how the key works when it is turned to the run position and is correct. Most vehicles do not require all of the accessory wires for RS but some installers energize them all to be safe.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.

i have all of them energized. the unit cannot tell when to stop energizing the modual with out knowing when i put my key into the run poss.
are you saying that i could disconect the acc from the starter modual and use that the tell when the key is on?

that worked! also solve my problem with the radio turning on before i want it to
