I'm installing an EasyCar E502 2-Way Remote Start/Alarm and i'm having a lot of trouble finding the alternator wire. Its by first time installing an EasyCar unit and unlike Compustar or most remote start/alarms it uses an alternator wire input instead of a tach wire input. Without knowing i hooked it up to the tach wire and the engine just revved until i stopped the remote start from the remote. Can anyone tell me where this wire is in the skyline or any nissan (240sx) and how to test for it? Thanx.

Look for a skinny wire coming off the alternator that only shows 12v when the car is running.
