To what wires did you connect the door locks.  According to DEI you would just have to tag the yellow wire for lock at the SECU and the WHITE/ blue wire at the SECU which is located to to the right of the steering column.  When you mention that your door locks dont work are you talking about the door switch?

You blew a fuse, bro.

Check all your lower dash fuses and ALL your engine fuses.  You tagged the wrong wire when attempting to attach the blue/green wires from the alarm to the nissan.  You then grounded a 12 volt carrying wire and blew a fuse -- i would hope that you didn't also fry a transistor in the asian wolf.

Well i have checked the fused. Found 1 that was blown. Replaced it and still nothing. Not sure what it could be. I checked the fused on the drivers side and the ones in the engine bay. Is there another location?

disconnect the blue and green wires (off the alarm) to whichever nissan wires you connected them to.  Their connection may continuously be grounding the 12 volts that the power locking system is sending to the doorlock motor/actuator.

I couldn't find a copy of the xterra service manual online (for free) so I can't go through the electrical wiring diagram (EWD) .. otherwise it'd be fairly straightforward to see which fuses are connected to the keyless entry/doorlocking system. re-check your fuses if the problem persists, you may have overlooked one -- are you just visually inspecting them or actually testing them?

no problem -- if you can link me to the EWD, I can help you figure out what's going on .  You can go to tradebit.com and purchase the service manual for $20, or you can go to nissan's tech website and pay $20 and get a 24hr pass that'll give you access to the EWD/repair manual.

btw -- which wires specifically DID you have the GREEN/ blue wires connected to?
