Auxilliary Output A with Selectable Output Type
The output (GRAY/VIOLET wire) can be programmed as either pulsed, latched or timed and can be programmed to operate only
when the system is disarmed (e.g., for use as a remote trunk release). The output is activated by transmitting channel 2 from the 16-
channel master remote control. The factory setting is pulsed output (0.5 second ground). The latched output stays at ground until
channel 2 is activated a second time, and the timed output stays at ground for any selected duration between one second and four
minutes. Current is limited to 0.15 amp. See Installer-Programmable Features on page 16 for information on programming the output
type and/or disabling operation whilst the system is disarmed.

I am assuming that you have the 12 volt lead hooked to your ignition and the ground through the momentary switch?

Just build a relay using the gray and violet wire as a trigger. 12v on 86, ground on 87, negative trigger from remote start on 85 and 30 will put out negative just like your momentary switch. Just go here to see actual diagrams of relays: https://www.the12volt.com/relays/relays.asp

Cool then hook 12 volts up to 86 and 87 on the relay hook your gray/violet wire up to 85 and 30 will put out 12 volts.
