Forgot to mention
It is a viper 560XV.
Need to know where all these wires should go
Do I need all these outputs?
Blue and white wire (activation input) where does this go?

You need to search this site more:
99 Forester
There will be a lot of wires on the 560xv that you won't need. The WHITE/ blue activation wire will not be used. Cut it short, and tape it up. The 2nd ignition pink/white wire will also not be used.
On that diagram, you will use the 'door lock' and 'door unlock' wires. The driver's lock and unlock and passenger unlock wires will not be used.
