the car that I have is a '95 integra

#1.  When programing the options, I want to know if I'm doing it right.  I'm following the procedures that it is giving me but, after I do it, it doesn't seem to work.  Here is the procedure:

-To program menu 1, Hold buttons I+II for 2.5 sec then hold I+II, you should  get a chirp and a flash

-then you tap button IV as many amt. of time as you need for the option.  With each tap wait til the alarm chips and flash.

-After this the alarm will chip and flash the selection.  Then your suppose to hit the button that corresponds to the setting that you want.

-For example if I want menu 1 option 9  and setting 3, I would follow the above.  After doing this I still have to tap buttons I+IV to activate it.  After doing this it doesn't work.  The option above is ignition controlled door locks.  the setting is for RPM locks.  It doesn't seem to work for me, am I doing something wrong?Tach is learned, no problems there.

#2.  After I turn on the above option on the lcd display, My remote start doesn't work?  It tells me that I have a bad TACH, but If I turn off the above option then remote starting works.  Can someone tell me what to do?

#3.  How do you get the dome light to work?  I did the dome light option and still doesn't light up when I disarm/unlock.  Option 3-2 setting 3.

well first of all did you go to your door triggers or dome light for door triggers? If you did dome light you wouldnt want your dome light to come on when unlocking because that might ruin your reservation mode. As for the option menu. For ignition control door lock its option 1-9. Instead of rpm setting try optional 2. and see if that works. Where did you get a tach signal from? Do you have a automatic or manual trans?

Do you have a OP500?
Press 1+2 for 2.5 sec  it will chirp
press 1+2 AGAIN for 2.5 sec it will chirp
press IV 9 times and wait for your confirmation.
After the parkinglights flash push your setting.
Then as you wrote above press 1+4 for HALF a second and DRIVE LOCK will display on your LCD. If you get three flashes that just means your ignition control door locks in the option menu is not turned on.
Remember you need to make sure the car is unlock before trying to enter the program menu. and all 3 slots on the control module is programmed. Word

"dont ground out!"
