Trying to install a remote starter in a 1998 nissan maxima. I have never installed in a transponder anti theft system. How do I bypass this ?, Do I need a module or can I bypass it manually, do i need a another key? Any help or diagrams . Thank You in advance

My sources state that 98 maxima do not have chipped key, only 99+.

BTW, for 99+, youll need a universal bypass 555u or 556u. extra key is required.

thank you very much, now all i have to do is disable the security and install without the bypass , again thank you.
