Try this,
Firstly you MUST have at one working transmitter.
1. reprogram all remote transmitters..any exsisting transmitters will be lost.
2 Turn ign. to on..
3. using your working transmitter press and hold unlock button.
4. after holding unlock button for at least 4 seconds but no longer than 10, press remote transmitter panic button for at least 1 second then release,
5. Ensure acoustic signal is emitted indicating Programming mode active.
6. Within 30 seconds (including previously programmed remote transmitter).
Press and hold remote transmitter lock and unlock button at the same time for 3 seconds,
7.Press and release remote transmitter unlock button.
8.Ensure acoustic signal is emitted after each remote transmitter operation.
9.Switch ignition off or wait 32 seconds to exit programming mode.
10. Ensure final acoustic signal is emmited..
******a maximum of 4 transmitters can be programmed.
Its listed to work on a 2004 model chrysler 300M..but it may work on a 2005 also..good luck
