I have a 1996 gmc jimmy and I am installing a k-9 mundial-3 alarm. I need to know what diode I will need to isolate the door locks, and also where exactly I need to put the diode  when wiring up the locks. Also the truck came with no transmitter for keyless entry but I am sure that it has it, will I need to bypass the keyless entry in any way or can I just wire the alarm in per the diagram?

The door locks should be (pos),No diodes needed. If your unit only puts out a (neg)pulse then you need to go to the relay section and see how to hook up relays to convert to (pos)pulse.

Hey thanks for the response, unfortunatly  the manual for the alarm does not specify if it is pos. or neg., so I will contact the manufacturer on that. \\

Does anyone have any idea about the second part of the question about the keyless entry and if I can just wire  the alarm in or do I need to bypass it somehow? Thanks for all your help.

Ok thanks for the answers so far, I have 99% of the alarm hooked up and working properly, the only problem I have now is that I do not know how to to wire the rear doors to trigger the  alarm other than if it trips the shock sensor. Both sides have door pins but they do not turn on the dome light  like both front doors as well as the rear hatch and rear window. So could someone please tell me how to wire these doors to set the alarm off?  BTW the the wiring diagram on this site does not mention the rear doors at all so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use the white at the driver's side rear pin switch, it will catch all the remaining doors according to the notes I have.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.

One last question, I have every thing working properly and it is all wired in accept for the door locks,  my wiring guide says ti use the Light blue in the drivers kick for lock and the white for unlock. I wired these as stated and nothing, I then ran them to the switch itself (same colors) and nothing. The alarm harness has only two wires and (blue and green) and I tried switching them and nothing, the locks work when u press the trucks switch but it lock or unlike  with the alam. Plese help me!! I am almost done.
