  • open the hood
  • place key in the ignition & turn to the run "ON"
  • apply the brake once
  • within 10 sec turn the key from run to stop 3 times
  • if successful, parking lights will flash 4 times
  • press any button on the remote, when new code is learned, it will confirm with 1 flashing parkinglight
  • repeat the above procedure for each remote that has to be programmed (up to 4)
  • apply the brake
  • remote is now added to the system
  • close the hood

or if you can get access to the module

- Dip switch 8 up, push the start button on the remote, the unit should make some clicking noise.

- dip switch down and press brake. DOne

  • If you haven't got the remote programmed, try this again
  • open the hood ( make sure hood pin switch is properly grounded  )
  • place key in the ignition & turn to the run "ON"
  • apply the brake once
  • within 10 sec turn the key from run "ON" to stop "OFF" 3 times ( off, on, off, on, off )
  • if successful, parking lights will flash 4 times ( if you don't get the parking light flashes, that means the above steps are not done correctly )
  • press any button for a second (led comes on, goes out and then back on blink ......until it stops flashing ) on the remote, when new code is learned,
  • it will confirm with 1 flashing parkinglight
  • repeat the above procedure for each remote that has to be programmed (up to 4)
  • apply the brake
  • remote is now added to the system
  • close the hood
