first off i know what i am going to ask is shunned upon. but it is my personal truck and i am willing to take full responsiblity. i just installed a shelby 750r into my 02 duramax silverado. works fine with me manually depressing the clutch. last thing to do is bypass the clutch switch. or atleast what to make of the wires i tested and how to figure it out on my own. any help would be greatly appreciated.

No one will help because what you are doing is a safety hazard. Installing a remote start in a manual transmission vehicle that is designed for an automatic not only puts you in jeopardy of property damage, but what happens when your truck lunges forward and hits a pedestrian or a child...then the liability extends far beyond just financial responsibility.
Pick up a DEI 689M and do the job correctly.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.

If the unit you installed is NOT designed for a manul transmission.....no one will help you. Against forum rules.

If you continue to ask, the thread will be locked, so I would stop.
