tundra needs a moron clause

At the shop I work at we do a lot of work for dealerships.  This includes putting in alarms/remote starts in brand new vehicles.  We pick up the vehicle from the dealership, install the alarms, then drop it back off at the dealership.  Well I installed a Panther PS Combo in a brand new 08 Tundra.  A week later I get a phone call from the customer saying that he turned the vehicle on with the key and closed the door.  Well the ignition controlled door locks kicked in and now his vehicle is running with the doors locked.  He complains how he wasn't told how to work the alarm properly and wants to know what to do.  I of course told him to call a locksmith and stop on by so we can show him how to use the alarm properly.

The next day my boss receives a phone call from this guy.  Apparently he had some wood splitting tools available and he took a splitting wedge and used it on the top of the door frame to make a gap big enough to be able to unlock the door.  Now he demands that we pay for the paint damage on the truck.  The first thing my boss does is has the customer come down to our shop.  As my boss says, they yell at him less when it is in person.  It probably has something to do with the fact that he's 6'5" and looks identical to Superman; including the build. 

That has to be one of the dumbest things I've heard someone do to their new vehicle.  The really surprising thing is that we found out a couple days later the dealership is taking care of the repairs on the truck.  I'm guessing in the future they will provide a better alarm demonstration to the customers.
