contact dermitis issue anyone else too?

I realize that probably none of you in here are doctors but I thought you might be able to lead me in the right direction.

I went to the doctors awhile ago and show him my right hand. He calls it contact dermitis (contact with skin) It only affects my right hand and its only on the upper 2" or so of my middle finder, pointer finger, and thumb...  He first said exima. But the weird thing is that its like the skin is cracking in a few spots and its sometimes raw and sore. Sometime it just "peels" for no reason like the outside layer has seperated. Kinda like a blister would? But only in very small spots. Now I use jergens ultra healing hand lotion once and awhile but it dosen't seem to help much with the really affected areas. The only thing I can think of that it could possibly be is twisting the wires for crimping during an installation... Like for a butt connector. Does anyone else on here go through this if so what do you use? Any affective "Thin" gloves that can still allow for accurate grabbing of small wires and holding of tools and or screws for reinstallation of pannels?
