I heard that you can turn on you car stereo with you car alarm with a relay

Does any one know how?

What is that devices in the picture is it a lighter? where do a get 12 volt output or where do i connect it to?

The "lighter" is just a momentary switch. You wouldn't use this. You would hook the light green wire up to the aux output from your alarm.  The 12v+ output would be the wire you hook up to your accy wire from your radio.

Hey Im really keen to do this.. Ive made my head deck so it doesnt turn off wen i take the key out cuz its wired striaght to the 12volt but i want to make it so I can turn it off and on from the Alarm remote can someone please tell me how to? thanks.

you can do what hotwater showed you, or if your unit offers LATCHED output for the aux, you can wire that to a relay and use the relay to power your audio system, but it will strain your battery.
