hey guys,
i made a topic about a year back trying to wire my actuated license plate up. but know a year later finally gettin to put it in. i was tryin to find out how to wire it so that when the truck comes on it will go down and when the truck is turned off it will go up. but the motor does not have limiting switches to stop it. you have to hold the switch down until it shows completely. then the same to hide it away. but i want it all to be stand alone so i dont have to touch it. the motor has only 2 wires coming off of it and the switch just reverses polarity.
any help would be great   thanks

You can change the timing by changing the capacitor.

47uF = 3 sec

100uF = 10 sec

220uF = 15 sec

470uF = 30 sec

1000uF = 1min
