I need to cycle a circuit On x seconds, then Off x Seconds and then repeat indefinately.  I have some 528T's and regular Bosch relays.  I would like to set it up so that one timer controlled the time On and the other time Off.  I need to have this running tomorrow.  Thanks, Jim

Here is what I came up with!

Use the extra Orange or Brown for the load depending on what output you need.

Hook a light bulb to each to see the outputs WigWag

I hooked it up today. All I had to change was the top relay orange and brown wires had to be swapped.  It works great, but for some reason, the most delay I can get is 60 seconds.  As more detail, I'm using it to run a small pump, max amps 5.0

Thanks for the help,

Jim

Explain what mod you had to do better.

Did you switch the orange of timer 1 to the trigger of timer 2 and the brown of timer 2 to the trigger of timer 1?

Modify the Drawing in ms paint and post it.

See Jim I have never even seen or used one of these timers . I'm just going by the instruction sheet.

All I had to do was use the orange normally closed output from timer 1 attached to timer 2's trigger instead of the brown wire as shown in your diagram.

Any ideas as to why I'm only getting 60 seconds instead of 90 seconds for my max time?

That is as built and running.  The only problem is that I can't get a full 90 second delay, but it's working out OK.

You could add 2 more into the mix and get twice the delay.  Or just buy a repete timer that will do the job.
