I understand I will need to hook up this relay to the - output wire of my DEI 530t which connects to my blue - input wire of my viper to avoid triggering sensors during operation. I know yellow is 12v ign and orange is ground when armed.. just need to know which end the green connects to and the black? thanks

No need for it,  DEI internal sensors won't work for until 15 secs after arming,  to prevent any problems whilst venting,  just use an ordinary (cheaper) relay like this :-  blue wire, cut on side and take to 30, other side to 87a take 12v+ at 2amps to 86 and your aux output that you use to vent the windows to 85.  If you use your armed output,  I assume orange to that relay,  it will be latched CONSTANTLY whilst the alarm is on thus flat battery.

This is an alternative if you are still worried about this, blue to to 30 and 87a as before, armed output to 85 and take a spur from one of the 530ts UP wires to 86;  thus the relay will only be energised  or powered whilst the windows are going up. Use a diode on the armed output, band to alarm,. I've never had a problem with this, but if you want to play safe use 2 relays.  I've 2 x 530ts on my car and never had to resort to this, except some years ago on a Maxima as the roof was closing,  the metal casing for the glass roof was tripping the prox. Come to think of it I put rof close on a lot of BMW Cabriolets and the timing for E36 is 40+ secs whilst the E46 is about 30secs and I've never had any problems.  You might lok at DEI's 8166 relay for your purposes, smaller much cheaper under $3 and prewired.

By the way I think you meant 611t NOT 610 they don't show a 610

Thank you. The only reason I ask is because the blue - trigger wire out of my alarm brain is connected to a multi sensor diode box which my trunk, hood and tilt sensor are connected to.  I thought these were instant triggers even after the alarm is armed. what do you think?

What make of alarm is it,  your last question is right DEI product is instant on trunk and hood, 10secs on doors and 15 secs prox, shock etc when wired directly to the sensor ports.  If to blue wire it will be instant the quickest fix would be to the green or purple door contacts, only the tilt would be affected but if the problem hasn't yet occurred don't try to fix it.

I have a Viper 690xv. My 2 shock sensor and prox sensor are wired via the sensor port on the unit itself.  The green wire from the unit connects to my door trigger.. and the - blue trigger wire is ran to a diode box that has the trunk, hood and tilt sensor hooked to it.. so all those sensors are separated by 3 diodes. So I am trying to figure out where I will connect the neg output wire from the dei 530t. I have an extra 611t relay with orange, green, yellow and black wires. Can I  connect it to the blue or purple door lock pulse wires to get the pulse it needs? Thanks for you help. I just want to make it as easy as possible because all my wiring is loomed and hidden and my brain is behind my tach in the dash.

Don't you mean the BLUE lock or GREEN unlock wires?  A) my relay idea was a lot cheaper and B) If you must connect it,  go to the GREEN lock wire NOT the green door contact,  set as a neg input.  I think you're confusing the 2  (ie green and purple door trigger contacts for green and blue door lock/unlock triggers)  N.B. your lock/unlock wires might be GREEN/ black and blue/black.

Yes I meant the Blue lock and Green unlock wires to clarify that.  So if I can connect the -pulse output wire from the 530t to one of those wires would it still work right? If not I will go with the relay idea. I am confused whether or not I make a connection to the - trigger blue wire from the alarm brain.

One of us is getting confused, the ORANGE wire from your 690 triggers the 530 close, a spare aux output such as the RED / white can be used for vent. As I said before you can't use the orange to trigger a  normal relay but if you want to use the 611, it wil work OK. Just a thought, run the tilt sensor in with the shock sensor and the problem will go away.
