Look in the relay section on this site, look for "adding actuators".
It's exactly the same circuit.
All these motors have 2 motor wires.
In 99% of vehicles exc. some Mercedes and Mk II Golf/Rabbit, both sit on ground at rest (i.e. off) then one goes 12V+ while the other stays at ground to go one way, vice versa for the other way.

Come to think of it, you could substitute a DEI 530t for the relays and give yourself a one-shot up and down system.

Sorry for my bad english... but the connector in the car has 4 cables( 1 is +, 1 is ground and 2 that goes to the power window motor) and the original switch (taken apart)har 4 on the bottom and 6 on top.
all i need is to connect 2 new buttons per window, one button for up, and one button for down.
when i connect two cabbles on the original connector (one from + to one off the motor cable and the ground to the other motor cabel) the window goes up. but when i switch these cables the window goes down.
the new button are simle push buttons. Plz help draw a working diagram on how to connect the relays. i think i need one relay per button.

Sorry itsyuk but the language barrier, Arabic to Swedish to English is confusing me.
The original switches will work fine, DPCO momentary, without a relay.
Nazim what are you trying to achieve, one shot? Direct replacement?
