radio on till door open & remote start

i have the radio on until door opened installed in my 1997 taurus gl and when i remote start the car the radio turn on. When i shut the car off with the remote, the radio stays on. Can this be bypassed to shut off witht he remote starter?
the remote starter is a viper 791xv

there should be a wire that pulses after the remote start shuts down. You can use this wire to pulse the doorpin wire on your relay to simulate the door opening. If you have an issue with the alarm going off you can put a diode inline to prevent the pulse from going back to the doorpin in the car.

fact rearm will work; as long as it pulses after shutdown
