i have fogs hooked up with a relay and they  do cut off when i turn on my high beams. For about one year now i used a 10 and a 15 amp fused near the batt.  the problem is after say like 4 months the fuse melts but never blows what can i do to keep this from happening.

First thing I would recommend would be to check your grounds and make sure that they are good. You should replace the fuse with whatever fuse it came with originally.
