Hi all,
I need factory stereo wiring for a 2006 Lincoln Zephyr WITH factory navigation. Do these still have a 12volt radio turn on wire? Also id really like to know if there is a working MUTE input wire in the factory harness as well (im installing a hands-free bluetooth kit).
The unit i will be installing is a Bury Technologies CC9060, if anyone has the installation instructions that they could post that would be really helpful to since i dont have the product yet.
Thanks!
Nick

hi,
i believe it has an accessory lead at the radio. pin 7 at the main radio connector should be mute..(-) trig. there probably isn't a terminal in the radio harness.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately i already did the install when i saw this.
Is there any way to get more volume output on a handsfree kit that plays through factory speakers when the factory speakers are 8 ohms? Can you bridge the handsfree kit to one speaker?

bridging the hf kit isn't possible i'd guess.  try and mute the entire system and have the hf play into high efficiency 4 ohm external speakers?  i'd think trying to wire in a high level booster amp would open up all sorts of problems.
