Lower steering column on the adjuster and remove top cowling,then undo top and lower* #2 Philips screws. *If there.
Pull panel (actually snatch) towards you and remove.
This should reveal three or four more of the same screws, undo them and pull the cluster towards you.
Did you really need to ask this?
That advice is generic for almost ANY car, especially Japanese/Korean.

@Howie

the 2010 altima has 2 starter wire, 2 ignition wire, 2 acc wire, do i need to use all of them? on the starter wire, they are both (-) negative output, to connect this one i will use the 2nd starter  wire of the CM6200. how about the other starter wire, how can i connect it?

on the ignition 2 wire, the output is (-) negative, that one will connect directly to the 2nd ignition wire of CM6200.

thanks

2nd starter wire, to 85, 12v+ constant, fused at 30amps to 87 and 86, 30 to 2nd. starter wire.
Are you SURE the car's 2nd. ignition is NEG?
If so direct output from CM6200. If not relay as above, 2nd. ignition to 85.

yeah, i checked the wire right after of your reply and its negative output. for the vehicle 2nd starter wire i will use the cm6200 2nd starter wire to wire the relay right? how about the vehicle starter1 wire (-)

I screwed up, BOTH 2nd. starter and 2nd. ignition are NEG. No relays required.

but both vehicles starter1 and starter2 are negative output. the rs 2nd starter wire will connect it directly to the vehicle starter1 wire. how about the vehicle starter2 wire, how can i wire that one. it looks like the rs starter wire (+) is no use anymore right?
