Shogun was the Euro name, still sold over here. There are no diagrams available but it's extremely straight forward.
I'll paste the 06 Montero in the Downloads/Manuals section in the next 10 minutes, use that as a crib.
There were no real changes from then.
I did a new diesel L300 a few months ago, easy except the locks had to be wired via the motor wires as 5 wire, aka type "F".
For more backup, check the Mits. Outlander, look up "Ready Remote" or
"Bulldog" sites, free to the public.
Use a DMM and start testing I'd be glad to help.

Howie,
I was thinking of getting idatalink ADS-AL CA all in one, to make the installation easy, but it is for Outlander, will it work with Pajero/Shogun if i flash it with mitsubishi soft.

IMO based on experience use the 556 and hard wire the rest, you MIGHT
need a 451 twin relay module for the locks (5 wire) but TEST.
Again, IMO must people here make most of their mistakes not reading or understanding how these modules work.
The only times I've ever used DATA modules, even then as W2W NOT D2D* is when I know it will take me many extra hours to hard wire.
* If something isn't right how in the name of heaven do you test in DATA mode?
With most Japanese vehicles virtually everything is under or around driver dash so you can easily hard wire your solder joints.

Finally want to install the whole thing but still want a complete diagram.

Simply download it then open it as an Adobe file.
I just tried it that way and it works perfectly.
I've never had to use a crib sheet for a Mits and I've done all of them including owning 3 Galants.
