need vss on 03 gulfstream atrium motorhome. has a 330 diesel caterpillar engine and a class A freightliner frame. local RV dealers are unwilling to crack open their magic tech books. please help!

I can't find any info on any gulfstream, I think you are on your own for this one. I would recommend that you pull the inst cluster and start there.

Look for a sensor off the tailend of the tranny. Hopefuly the sensor will have only 2 wires, one will show gound and the other will vary with movement of the rear whells.

You may need to get a magnet kit, but there should be a VSS wire under there somewhere.
