Just finished installing an 11" flip down TV/DVD. Used the pink accessory wire coming from the ignition switch to power a relay. Used the WHITE/ red wire to power the unit. Now the vehicle won't start, but everything else seems to work except the dash lights. Also, the WHITE/ red no longer has 12v(checked fuses under hood). There is a light flashing on the dash that shows a small car lit up red with a key in the middle. Thinking this is a factory starter disable and not sure how to turn it off. What did I do?

Well it sounds like you triggered the anti theft first disconnect the wires from the ignition switch curcuit reroute those wires toward fuse box and find your power there you can't draw power from the ignition switch curcuit  try new location and se what happens and hopefully it will start then

thanks for feed back after you rewire

The immobilizer is fine, you blew a fuse. There is another fuse box under the drivers dash, did you check these? Most ignition switch fuses for Toyota start with AM(like AM1 or AM2). Chances are it is one of these.

I did rewire the unit and double checked everything. The wiring is fine now. The immobilizer/theft-deterrent light is still flashing on the dash until I put the key in the ignition. Still won't start, though. I checked all the fuses and they all seem good. If i run 12v to that WHITE/ red wire going to the ignition switch the vehicle starts, so it seems like a fuse would be blown but I don't see any.

You can't look, you need to test each fuse with a DVM inside and outside fuseboxes. The theft light should flash until the key is in that's normal. There are 2 fuses for the switch, AM1 and AM2(some Toyota's have an AM3 fuse but i don't think the Sienna does). It will say AMx on the fusebox cover....
