Sorry forgot to ask, is this car a 5 wi type unlock/lock?.....Do I need to use the 2 relay setup (5wire)?

this car is a negative trigger system.

only use one relay and 5wire if oyu want driver door priority unlock.

No, its straight negative pulses to lock/unlock. Here's a picture of the location, but as always, test.

One last question, does this car require diode isolate on the 4 (-) door triggers?

yes, diode isolate all 4 wires with amp diodes. the silver band on diode towards car.
