The tach learn option didn't seem to work so I reprogrammed the tach function to 8 cylinders and 600 RPM from 800 RPM and it seems to be working so far. I ran into another problem and that is the heater/air conditioner will not run on accessory. I have the yellow wire from harness P4 connected to the BLACK/ lt green wire at the Ign. Harness but the heater motor doesn't run. I am getting +12 Volts on the BLACK/ lt green wire when the key is placed in the accessory position as well as ignition position. The install manual says that some vehicles require 2 or more wires (+12 Volts)to turn on the heater/air cond. motor and that additional relays must be added. They reference Programmable outputs P2-13 to P2-16. The problem is I dont know which additional wire(s) I need to connect to under the dash from this relay. Does anyone know the answer? The vehicle is a 2000 F250 Diesel.
Thanks
Brad

Ignition 1     RED / BLACK OR RED / GRN     (+)          IGN SWITCH HARNESS
Ignition 2     GRAY / YELLOW          (+)     IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Ignition 3     DARK RED / BLACk     (+)     IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Accessory 1 BLACK/ LIGHT GREEN OR GRY/YEL(+)     IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Starter 1     RED / LIGHT BLUE          (+)     IGNITION SWITCH
You can test to make sure its the IGN 3 your missing by testing the polarity of the wire to make sure its + or - then testing it by jumping it to pos or neg if its the right wire your blower motor should turn on. I am almost positive this is whats missing, that is unless you have it connected. Then look for another accessory wire by probing until you find one that is + during run and off during ACC and start.
