Just to make sure, you mean put the multi meter setting to 20V DC right?

Tach signals are checked as AC voltages.  A DMM with a Frequency setting is OK too.
Soldering is fun!

Hi guys.
Looking for a little help with a 2002 Dodge Dakota, I have installed a Autopage 665-2W, everything works, well almost everything, when I try to remote start I just get 3 beeps from the transmitter, nothing else, no relays kick in or anything, I have re-checked the wiring and it all looks good, I followed the wiring guide in this topic. I have a black key no transponder / immobilizer.
Any help would be appreciated..
TIA

Are you positive you have the remote starter in auto and not manual transmission.
Also make sure that your have the neutral safety wire hooked up that some remote starts have

The Autopage unit is designed only for Automatics, the neutral safety wire was wired straight to ground..
