You'd feel sick but we import 100 every month and we are about to enter a legal battle with CAS and DEI so I can't say anymore.

Ah nice!
Also with my viper when I use the remote to lock/unlock sometimes it's not always instant, there can be at times a second or 2 delay before the alarm does anything , does this seem right to you?

Do you think that's a bit poor considering the original French remote works instantly?

I think it's very poor considering the old Clifford G4 and G5 worked instantly.
If Clifford was still an independent company nobody outside the US would have either heard of or cared less about viper.

Yep clifford was all I ever new about with aftermarket alarms, then I stumbled across viper on the Internet, also see lots about compustar and Excalibur but these seem to be more so from America

Compustar is the best, equal in build quality to old Clifford but having said that considering the amount we install never had a Viper go wrong, Lousy quality wiring, slow operation but doesn't go wrong.
