Ok here is an update. I have 3 layers of resin and some matting on the ouside and 1 layer of resin on what I could reach on the inside of the enclosure. I have let it all dry real good and sanded it as smooth as I could. I fixed the bottom of the center section that was pressing on the carpeting in the truck. SO far it is looking ok. I was able to place the whole thing on the floor and stand on it so I think it is strong.

Sorry no pic's of the sanding but like I said I got it as good as I could. After sanding and wiping it all done I spread on one more layer or resin as smooth as I could and I am waiting for it to dry.

hey looks really good, make sure the spot on the divider is really strong though or it will crack down the road.  i would sand then add body filler or bondo. evercoat makes a self leveling lightweight filler that has no pin holes, i have used it with much success and i love it, keep up the good work

Sorry I have not updated this in a while. things have been a bit crazy. I have started to add the bondo to it and smooth it out some. I am not to worried about it being real smooth I just don't want big waves. Anyway I am going to try and match the rest of the interior color and it is semi-rough looking so very small inperfections are not a big deal.

I will post pic's soon.

Yes it is really good what youi can learn. Got alot of help for this forum so I am sure it you will as well if needed. everything turned out really nice and I am happy with the results. I have seem my mistakes and have learned from them so if there is a next time them it should come out better. Thanks to everyone that has help me along with this project and to the12volt.com for being around and having great people here to help.

Here are some pictures of the final results. There is still minor tweaking I have to do so that everything sounds good but overall I am amazed at how well it came out.
