I figured it out a while ago. We have to use LCM's on each HID bulb and on each trigger ( high & low ). This will also stop the LAMPOUT error on the dash.

Ok heres your solution...... in parallel to the power cables to the ballasts u need to plug in a 25volt or 35volt 4700uf electrolytic capacitor. radio shack has em and if that doesnt correct it...you need 2 wirewound resistors 6ohm 50watt preferably. again plug those in parallel to the cars harness and from there a relay being powered by the same lines the resistor is plugged into. then connect the relay to the battery and to the ballast the way a relay would supply power to ballast. good luck let me know if this helps if not theres a few more ways to make it work.

i ended up subing my own truck out to the car salon in calgary and they spent 3 days on it to get it working... relays didn't work but the LMCs did work. not sure where they got it but i don' care lol. mind you less than a week later one bulb burnt out and the supplier i got it from wants me to pull the bulb out... cut the wires and send him a picture before he will send a warranty replacement. some guys who saw the wireing said if i leave the sockets empty while waiting for the bulb it will burn out the capacitors and or the modules..... did i mention im starting to hate my truck hahaha. so i guess ill have to reinstall my factory bulbs for the time being... hope they work .

The Resistor works just worked on one the other day, but it has to be a hive voltage resistor.... the dodge puts out 14 volts the ballets only handles 12 so that could be the issue

Just a side note for anyone reading this post. Canadian Dodge RAM trucks have DRL's and this is different than the US versions. If you have a US truck, your solution to the HID problem is different than the Canadian version and normally DOES NOT work with the Canadian trucks.

I have 9007 Bi-Xenon HIDs on my 2004 DR and they work fine. Here are some pics of the 6 ohm 50 watt load resistors used to trick the PCM into thinking there are bulbs there and stop the flickering or strobing and also resolve the Lamp Out issue on the dash.
One resistor goes from high beam wire to the common wire. The other resistor goes from the low beam wire the the common wire. The halogen 9007 bulbs are 55w bulbs. You need to use something like these resistors to make the PCM think the bulbs are there and supply the full voltage to the ballast. If the proper resistance is not supply either by the filament in the bulbs or resistors, then the PCM thinks the bulbs are blown and reduces voltage.
You can get these 6 ohm 50 watt load resistors off ebay for about $10 a pair shipped.

That part is all good fine with using the resistors but i have yet to find someone who could do the drl fix, It will be hard because dodge uses pulse modulation as there drl. So in other words the drl is not realy a low voltage being send it's regular voltage being send in spurts very rapid spurts. Call dudy pulse modulation. Very comon for the dodges to do this why i dont know it's horible. So after you have instaled your his with the relay and acouple resistors on a Ram that has drl you will notice that your drl will make a nice buzzing noise cause by the manget at the back of the bulb and at your relay because it is getting and on and off pulse and it's so rapid it sounds like a bee is in your healight. So if anyone hase a fix please feel free to share to the rest of use dumb asses, lol. Thanks for your time

All so a small thing i noticed on the install of the 50w 6ohm resistor dont put them in a harness mount them in a space with air flow they get realy hot my buddy burnt him self just by touching one after running for awile. So if they can burn sking they will sooner or later melt your wires and harness. I located mine by the rad suport so when driving the air flow will cool them.
