Whatever system you build, you *MUST* remember to use plenty of caps.  Big-ass ones from Sony.
I bet that is why he is opting for a LONG BED truck

I say cut the bed and cab, port thru with 4 each 18's and 6 each 12's, use a few Hifonics ISIS to run that, in the cab you can run a couple slim mount 6x9's in the visors and in the doors.

Here is a good choice to use for a tweeter:

Dan's designing a crossover for me using that tweeter and my Mpyre mids (4 ohm version of the Extremis).  I'm using the Eclipse 7200mkII for a head unit which may work for you as well.

And if you really want to play, you could get some bass in that small cab using this sub:

I have GOT to get me some of those! Boeff-um! Price? Availability?
All about the Revelators! I may have to plug those into the equation!
Oh, and I got MAD caps! Caps that TAKE a truck to move! I'll post pics!
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

For those of you who don't believe I have *MAD CAPS*, and for those of you who keep saying to yourselves: "That dave... all the time, blah, blah, blah... Him and his caps..."

This one is with Shadow sitting next to it for a comparo... Shadow weighs about 100 pounds. This, by the way, is the SMALL one!

There's the big one. I didn't feel like moving it... Too damn heavy!

These are the discharge caps once used in the original implementaion of Shiva, the early Lawrence-Livermore LASER system used for fusion experiments. They come from different stages, I wouldn't be able to tell you what stages they were, but I got that story from the guy who GAVE them to me! LOL
So, like I said... I got MAD caps! Bigguns, too!
