Damn, Bob... that stings!
Anyway, I'm getting it fixed. I "bought it back" (called an "owner retains" in California) from the insurance company, and I will be paying for it out of my own pocket... Well, with the help of the REST of the settlement check...
I'll be rollin' in style, all repainted and purty again, in 4 short weeks! Those guys REALLY need to hurry! Riding the bike without tunes totally sucks!
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

You really know how to hurt a guy when he's down... Morbid, dude. Just morbid. haemphystmobile is no more - Page 3 -- posted image. Why don't you just give me a nice paper cut, and pour LEMON juice on it.
Here... The only pic I have...

That sort of damage often occurs when your enclosure is too large, the driver experiences over-excursion, and you exceed the mechanical limits of the system.  haemphystmobile is no more - Page 3 -- posted image.

...or when some old dude panic stops in front of you at a photo-enforced traffic light, because he doesn't want to go through on a yellow, subsequently shortening MY stopping distance by EASILY 10 feet!

[button-pushing-mode] Well you were probably tail-gating and driving too fast and not paying close enough attention because you were singing along to Jennifer Warnes with your eyes closed.  [/button-pushing-mode]  haemphystmobile is no more - Page 3 -- posted image.

LOL
Anyway, no, I WAS paying attention, and it WASN'T Jennifer (this time), it was Jason Mraz - Butterfly, track two from his newest release, We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things. (recommended, BTW...) I remember it well! haemphystmobile is no more - Page 3 -- posted image.

Wasn't a jab Dave. Was seeing if you wanted help building pods for your truck. But, I'll guess if you are fixing the car this is not necessary.
