Ok so I found out the problem. There is a THIRD ignition that is not listed through directechs. So that's why it wouldn't power up during rs.
Now the previous posts got me thinking about my starter wire. Green is key side correct? If they were reverse then would the starter ben work?

If it's working now, with the undocumented 3rd ignition, then my assumption was completely wrong.

Yes. GREEN is the key side. It's odd that an un-energized ignition would cause the vehicle not to crank, on a Honda.

Ideal - cmon dude, add to topics in a useful manner, not stuff that is obvious.
Story - Phzzzt! Hey, what happened?! ... Isn't it obvious?
Moral - Never dismiss the obvious.
