OK it really has me puzzled now. I disconnected the D2D wire and just tried to start car and turn signals wand everything works. What does the D2D have to do with the workings of the turn signals?
OK without the D2D connected the car does not start (guess it is not seeing bypass, if I put key into ing barrel the car will start with RS)

You probably interrupted the turn signal wire at the BCM, instead of the LED wire.
Verify carefully that you interrupted pin 38 with the CAN-SL2's blue and blue/black wires.

OK I feel stupid now. Do you know what pin 23 is for on the BCM, (turn signal)? Do you have a pin out of the BCM for the 40 pin?
