sup guys?
been a member/lurker here for a long time. this is my first time posting.
im about to install the viper 350hv in my 06 nissan frontier. this is my first attempt at car alarm install. i heard it was basic so i decided to try. my question is, how do i disable the factory alarm so that it wont go off when i use the viper?
can i just install the viper alarm and leave the factory alarm as it is?

You'll have to disarm the factory alarm, those are the wires you'll be looking for.

so i was comparing the diagram from https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp~TID~85069 to...
viper (listed below)
4-pin shock sensor harness
red + constant power input
black - chassis ground input
blue - multiplex input zone 2
green - multiplex input zone 4
3-pin wire door lock harness
green - lock + unlock output
empty
blue - unlock + lock output
12-pin primary harness
orange to starter kill relay
white vehicle parking light wire
WHITE/ blue programmable output
BLACK/ white domelight supervision relay (optional)
green to - door wire switch
blue optional hood or trunk pin
violet to + door switch wire
black chassis ground
yellow key switch
brown siren's red wire
red battery
RED / white optional accessory
can someone kinda point me in the right direction. i want at least the keyless entry and shock sensor working. any help would be appreciated.

which one is the lock and unlock for from the viper? from the 3-pin, it's confusing since it says both unlock and lock for both wires.
