I'm working on a Remote Start in a 05 Mustang using the Xpresskit PKALL. Right now the vehicle will start and die with the KEY IN the start position of the ignition barrel. When I tried to program the bypass it wouldn't even light up. This is what I have coming from the bypass:
Yellow/Blk - Pin 3
PURPLE / Wht - Pin 4
And Pink going to the ignition in the steering column.
Then coming out the first plug I have the black wire grounded and the blue going to 12volts. This is my first time using this bypass so I'm a little confused on it. The alarm/remote start is a prestige (Audiovox)alarm.
Also, on the door trigger can I use the dome light? Any diodes? Thanks.

Don't know about the by-pass, if the Mustang Gem box works like UK Fords you HAVE to go to the door pins , diode block then diode join as per DEI 1076. On Euro Fords when you lock with an aftermarket alarm the dome light still stays on for about 45 secs, you must go to the door pins.

Make sure the blue/white wire off the bypass goes to your ground while running wire. You didn't list that as a wire you hooked up. Did you even program the bypass? There is a programming procedure on page 12. You need two valid ignition keys.
Also, when was the bypass purchased? There was an update released lately and instead of using blue for 12 volts, you use red. In the box there will be a slip of paper stating if that particular bypass was updated.

The blue/white wire is going to the ground when running wire. I haven't been able to program the bypass. I have not been able to figure that out.. It was purchased about two or three weeks ago. I didn't see a paper about it being updated...then again it could have been one in there.

I'm gonna try to do this from memory...
Hold down program button while inserting 4 pin plug, then 6 pin plug. Release program button and LED will turn on. Insert 1st key in ignition and turn ignition on until security light goes out, remove key and WITHIN 5 SECONDS insert 2nd key and turn ignition on until security light goes out, remove 2nd key and remote start vehicle. If the LED on the bypass flashes 10 times it programmed, if not do it again.

Is there a reason why the unit is not blinking at all? Do I need to put 12 volts on the blue and red wire from the bypass unit?

In the four pin plug, you will need to power up the red wire, and ground the black wire.

i beleive that is for the tbx key bypass. i wired it up that way.  and it would start it only unless i had the key in the switch. And it wouldn't  go in to programming unless that blue wire gets 12 volts.  Please mikvot  explain more. I've been struggling this now for awhile. i go into programing and soon as i start putting the second into it the starts flashing and i can't get the key in there fast enough. i have never in my life had this this much trouble with a bypass. this is on a 2001 ford sport trac.

I think you have the PKALL wired up wrong..

The Blue with the white is (-) while running status. Which means needs to get a ground pluse from the alarm while remote start is activated. Usually different colors dependening on the remote start alarm (mostley blue/white)

There is a four pin plug by your steering cloumn close to the key. Look in your installation book and check out the connection 5! wire up as shown.

Make sure you cut off the connect with the four wires and use the blue wire for 12v (+) and the black for gound (-) Don't use the other 2 wires. If you need the install book here you go. Hope this helps!!2005 mustang remote start -- posted image.
