ok i have a 95 toyota corolla here is a list of things i have in the car

-jvc indash 3.1" screen 5 volt output

-clarion EQS746 7 volt rms output

-20ft 0/1 guage power/ ground

-infinity reference 6 1/2" door speakers

-eclipse xa 4000 4 channel amp

-rockford fosgate power t1000 bd

- 15" kicker l7 dual 4 ohm

ok what i want to know is wht would be the best woofer i can get to have my system up to its pull potential right now its only at 1/3 of its fullpower and im flexing building windows i want a sub i can put all the power of my system and it be ok i just want it to handle all my power and then some you know and isnt super expensive thanks-jon

really where can i find one of those? and about how much do the btls run? should i get a siingle 12" or go with a 15"

i think im gonna go with the fi bl 15 dual 2 ohm fully loaded about how do you think that would sound in my little car? im gonna build a bo tuned to 35hrz maybe even a bit lower down to like 32 or so but somewere in there and im gonna make 45 degree angles on all the 90 degree spots inside the box and im gonna make it around 4ft3 with everything again how do you think it would sound? thanks-jon

with only a fosgate t1000 there is no reason to get it fully loaded.

well im gonna be putting about 1600 watts to it and with the 7 volt rms out put from my equalizer and the 5 coming from my deck it will be putting more power down with those wont they? and you know i would rather get the fully loaded just incase ide rather be safe then sorry because its only like 80$ more for the fully loaded so how do you think it would sound in my car with those exact box dimensions?

How do you know for sure the power you have? Was their a certificate with the amp that shows hom much power the amp makes at a specific impedence? Next, the output voltage of your deck is never combined with the output of the eq, it is only the last signal that is used and it has nothing to do with your amp making more power. Want loud, stupid loud, www.ddaudio.com and look at the DD3515 and buy the one that is matched to the amp to take the amp to it's maximum output. They also have a very good box recommendation on the site as well.

well ive heard that dd audio is good but ive also heard from a butt load of people that they wernt any good for like everyday use only in competitions and yes my amp did come with a birth sheet and it puts out a true 1592 watts at one ohm and puts out 983 watts at 2ohm and 769 at 4 ohm ok so i will be running my system on a 7 volt rms setup? ive also found 2 dd 3500 10" d2 woofers for 200$ brand new in dallas, tx but again i havent hear the best things about dd

DD is very good quality. Fi is alos good. I like Fi form a money stand point. They are not that main stream yet and you buy them from the source not a 3rd party mark up. If your wanting loud just do a BTL and no need to fully load it. It handles 2000rms as it is 5000rms fully loaded way over kill for you.

again how do you guys think that would sound in my car with the 4ft3 box tunded to about 35 hrz? well i was thinking the btl but wouldnt i be under powering it any? and i know that aint good to underpower your subs i was thinking of getting the fi bl not the btl but the bl fully loaded and it would cost me like 300$ exactly for that sub which isnt all that bad because it would be fully loaded and handle my amp and any amount of power i threw t it.
