Again, what coils are on that subwoofer? maybe we can make some suggestions, also what is your budget?

ok nothing is magic about the dollar per watt just an expression cuz there kinda pricy. Um maybe 500 to 700 dollars is the price range im looking for. The subs are either dual 2 or dual 4 spl or sql. also i listen daily loud daily. and ive just started on THE BIG 3 what should i be seeing with the volt meter or do i need to be using a ammeter on what wire?

For 500-700 bucks I'd probably buy this subwoofer amp: JL Slash V2

You get your first star after 50 posts. Look into the JBL GTO24001 (around 700 dollars) 2400 RMS at 2 ohms. Get the dual 2 ohm version subwoofers so they can be wired into a 2 ohm total load.

are the jl amps stable down to one ohm or do i even need to worry? what is the peak wattage ? and how will it affect daily sq going with the 2 dvc vs 4 dvc? or will it
