Ah yes, it might be reverse osmosis double-secret cross-pollinated induction noise.  That's a killer. way too much interference - Page 3 -- posted image.

Yes it also makes the noise in reverse. Also when the A/C is cranked up you hear another whining noise... Is there a way to record sound or video and upload it here?

There is always Youtube.  Post it there and then post a link here.  This Forum's server will edit the link, it will appear to not work.  But some of us can get to it and be able to listen.   Yes hearing it will help a lot.

Also when You dim and brighten your dash lights rapidly, does that make a futuristic sounding space ship noise?

I am not sure I will have to look into that. But I will try to get a video up ASAP

And let us know as soon as you get the video up. I really think that hearing it will open up some new options for us to try.
And if you have a volt ohm meter, unplug all Patch cords from your amps. Check the resistance between the shield of each RCA cable to ground. The cable that is running back to the radio. Not the RCA jacks of the amp.

It sounds like you still have a problem with equipment. Was it the set of RCA's they replaced that "the ground shield.... went"? If so, it sounds like they may be liable for the damage. Was all the equipment replaced? If they installed it and there is a noise problem, why aren't you having them fix it?
No it was not the replaced RCA's that the ground shield went on. They said that the ground shield going on the original RCA's was what caused the problem.
All of the equipment has been replaced except for subs and the wiring (except for the new RCAs)
