The mometary option is triggered as long as the button on the remote is held, therefore it wont be overdriving the actuators. Can someone just tell me which wires i need to cross? Pretend you were to go in the car with nothing but a coat hanger. How would you open and close the doors.

And this was...? Oh Well...! Glad you got it...! If you cant see someone getting frustrated repeating them self over and over and over...! I dont know what to tell you...I was as patient as possible ...I know basically how the unit you have works...But if the pulse is to long...Or if you never tested this...You have NO CLUE what the minimum pulse would be...Without this info...There is no possible way of telling you what to do safely or if your going to over-drive the actuators...! If you are farther away from the vehicle you might have to hold the button longer then normal...Giving you no way of knowing if your sending to long of a pulse to the actuators...Also if you are close to the vehicle and do a half second push on the remote...Does that defitnely 100% mean the output is a half second...? I dont think so...! Only way is to test it...! Heck...I couldnt even get out of you what type of relays they were...! I asked questions over and over and you would not answer them...Even an "I dont know" would have been fine...! Thats why it was recommended to purchase a Aftermarket Keyless unit...It has all the features you were looking for...It comes with an install manual...There is actually tech support for them...They are designed for use in cars...Probably has better range...! Is there extreme hot/cold where you live...Has this unit been tested/used in these situations...??

How do you know...? What is the minimum output...?

You do not need an OEM unit to install keyless entry on your car...You can get a aftermarket unit for this purpose...Just keyless entry units are super cheap...Betcha around same money as you are paying for the thing above...! And if you can post the manual here...Im sure we can help...! Did you already buy the unit you mentioned...?

Didnt respond to anything here...!

Well im assuming you can make the polarity whatever you choose...? Is there a manual to look at...? What type of relays are they...? Is it already set-up for a negative output...Or do you have to tell the relays what output...? I know its not a coventional keyless...My question is why not use one...? Anyhow...Does your car have factory keyless...? Do you know what polarity you need the relays to output...? Thats why i wanted to peruse the install/owners manual...!

No response to this either...!

Look, I was planning on testing the momentary output of these relays. And you gave me that idea. You make many good points, but the problem was that I understood many of the questions you asked as rhetorical. In any event, I will indeed test this. Isn't there some default over-actuation safety feature in the power locks as they are? Won't nothing bad happen if a driver holds the lock or unlock button for an extended period of time? You really needn't respond, I told you that I was all set, and I am. I will confirm whatever I do with my mechanic friend. He is extremely knowledgable, and I have seen his work, so I am not doubtful. It seems as though you placed an unnecessary amount of effort into proving yourself with your last three i-told-you-so posts. It really isn't necessary. I already thanked you, now let us just move along. Thank you again.
