It might. Why not contact them with your model number.

Otherwise for a few hundred dollars I might be able to interface something.

According to the reading I did, that device will do what you want it to do. It clearly states that it will work with or without a changer attached.

The only problem is you have an Alpine deck, not a Honda. There is one wire that needs to be moved on the plug to make it compatible with an Alpine radio. You may want to contact them and see if they can modify it to work with an Alpine deck.

I just thought of something and forgot to mention it before. I also have an Alpine 3342 Digital EQ. Couldn't I put a RCA A/B switch and plug it into the input of the EQ brain box? Then I could swtich between both inputs?
