I see there is a wire "trigger start" at PIN12 of CN3. Can it be hooked as push start? If yes, is it that give it a negative pulse, then it starts? Does it need key for driving?

The trigger start is a (-) pulse and does require the key for driving, but you still have the mechanical lock on the steering column that you have to bypass. Also, the trigger start doesn't work if you have the temperature start option ON.

You still need the key for driving because there's a mechanical lock on the steering column. The key sense does not unlock the mechanical steering lock. You will need to remove the lock pin from the cylinder

I'm pretty sure you'll still need the key to prevent the remote start from shutting off when you hit the brake, the timer times out, you over RPM it, or pop the hood.  (-) inputs are not meant for push button start solutions!

So what about push start kit sets? Do they unlock the steeling?
Or I still have to remove the lock PIN?

No, the steering wheel lock is mechanical - there is no way to electronically unlock it - you must make mechanical modifications that, in most cases, will be fairly permanent and will completely bypass the that aspect of security.

On cars that come with pushbutton start from the factory they use a secured electronic solenoid to electronically unlock the steering column.  You may be able to find a steering column from a newer model car and retrofit it - but I'm guessing that would be a bit expensive due to the custom work that would be needed.
