I tried he 10k resistor on the blue antenna wire within an inch or 2 of the brain, Nothing

Tried a dif antenna and cable, Nothing.

I tried the pulling of fuses and even resetting my com on the vehicle, Nothing.

Now what? Ill try anything. I want to try another remote. I have a 2 year warranty on this and lso the 1 year refurb warranty. Does anyone have any ideas?

Update: I got in touch with the installation manager at the Bridgewater Best Buy and he is going to completely replace my 5701 unit and install the 5701v (which is the version that Viper came out with to replace the 5701). He said the 2-way remote is extremely sensitive and if you drop the remote once, you're screwed. We're gonna be really careful with the remote this time...not even keep it on the keychain with our other keys, but I really think the 5701 system in general was a piece of crap. I'm very happy that they're replacing the entire system now. Thank you to Mike at Best Buy Bridgewater!
